1. Eligibility for Returns
Returned Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
Proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
Opened or used items is not be eligible for a return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened software, activation keys, or digital products.
Products that show signs of physical damage or tampering not caused by shipping.
Clearance, promotional, or “final sale” items.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after inspection.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, returned to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
